going to be discussing biblical inanecy with Dr. Van Hooser. He is on the other line with us.

with you and talk about inerency, something I really love. Yes, we like the Bible. Yeah, exactly.

I'm going to hold to the view of inerency, but before we dive into the subject of inerrancy,

Dr. Van Hoezer, tell us a little about yourself and your ministry before we get too far into our

subject matter today. Thanks. It's good to be with you. I'm a theology professor at Trinity

Evangelical Divinity School in Illinois. I've taught at Wheaton College Graduate School. I've taught at the

University of Edinburgh for several years. but basically I'm a theologian

who tries to serve the church through doing theology in the academy.

I'm also involved in the Center for Pastor Theologians, an organization that is trying to

make sure theology doesn't get stuck in the academy, but gets back to where it belongs in the church.
