Amen and amen and good morning and welcome.

So glad you hear you can be seated and those of you online we want to welcome you as well.

Before we get started I wanted to mention that this Tuesday is our prayer meeting September 2nd. You believe it's September already? Where did this year go?

Now, especially for those of you online, but locally here as well, the start time is 7 p.m., not 7.30.

So we'll get started right at 7. And as I mentioned on Thursday, Lord willing,

I'll be doing a teaching titled praying in and through pain and suffering,

which was birthed over the last month and a half or so. As many of you know by now,

my wife Kelly has been battling a very aggressively spreading form of cancer for the last two years now.

And we've had several people requesting an update, but we were waiting on the Lord for the right time to provide that update and

that time is now. Kelly and I knew and decided it was

time to not only update you but also express our profound gratitude to you for all

of your overwhelming love. It has been overwhelming and your support and more

importantly your prayer. After numerous trips to the hospital over the last

month and a half we learned and knew that the cancer had and still is

swiftly spreading. So much so that we also learned

and now know that it has spread throughout her brain. So she's in stage four cancer, which the medical community deems incurable

and terminal. So absent and unmistakable, unquestionable, and supernatural miracle from our God and great physician

as the God who heals, which we, by the way, continue by faith in belief to petition the throne for but absent

that it does seem that she's probably going to be home with the Lord soon As such, we've opted for in-home, end-of-life comfort care as we

continue in prayer, mainly for relief from her excruciating pain. Please know that we are not seeking pity, we're seeking prayer.
