Heavenly Father, what joy you bring to our hearts, Lord.

Thank you so much for this time that we can gather as a family in Christ, Lord, to just worship you, to lift up our praise and thanksgiving, Lord, to you.

Thank you for all that you have done, Lord.

Thank you for the lessons, Lord.

Thank you for the hard times as we've learned, Lord.

Therefore, our good to make us stronger, Lord, to build us up.

We're so glad that you're joining with us. We're going to get right to it. We have two services on Sunday, the first of which is the weekly Bible prophecy updates. We've been doing this for many years now. And now, second

service is, didn't always used to be, but now it is the sermon, which is a verse by verse

study through the Word of God. We're currently in, and Lord willing today, going to complete

the book of 1st Peter. So our text is going to be chapter 5 verses 10 through 14.

And we're going to look at the paramount importance of putting our suffering into its biblical perspective

and even more importantly its biblical perspective and even more importantly, its eternal perspective. So that'll
