Good morning and welcome on this Independence Day. We're so glad that you're joining with us online.

On Sunday mornings we have two services, the first of which is our Bible prophecy update,

and second service is our verse by verse teaching through the Word of God. That will be live streamed

at 1115 a.m. Hawaii time.

We are currently in the book of Hebrews, and today's text will be chapter 4, verses 12 through 16,

which is one of the most powerful passages in all of Scripture concerning God's help in our time of need.

God loves you.

He's not angry with you. And get this, he even likes you.

Isn't that sad that we live in a day and age when the word love has been so marred that the word like has more power.

God likes me?

Yeah, he likes.

He's not mad at me?

No.

God loves me?

Yeah, so much.

Whatever it is that you're going through, know that God loves you and he will see you through.

I know this is not proper English, but God can't not. Is that proper English? I don't know,

but if it is, I think they call that a double negative. That's a great way to start, right?
