to you. I don't know what date in January you're supposed to stop saying that, but it's only the

eighth. So happy New Year. Before we get started, I do want to take just a moment and personally thank all of you for

your generous thoughtfulness towards my family and I.

I hope you know this.

I know I often say this. I hope you don't tire of me saying this, but

I see myself as one of the most, if not the most, spoiled pastors in the world. And I mean that

literally. That's not hyperbole. You guys, oh, I think you like me a little bit. Yeah? I like you too. Yeah?

And I really did miss you. And I'm so glad to be back. And so let's get to it first service is our prophecy update weekly Bible

prophecy update that we've been doing for a number of years now and second

service which will be live streamed at 1115 a.m. Hawaii time is the sermon. It's a

verse by verse study currently we're in 2 Peter, Lord willing,

today we will finish chapter 1 of 2 Peter, and we're going to look at how it is the way

it is and perhaps more importantly why it is that Jesus makes himself real to us.

You know, the prayer I'm sure doubtless you've prayed, Lord, reveal yourself to me,

make yourself real to me. That's a prayer he answers, and we're going to talk about
