updates. Today is day five. We're going to be talking with

BLG, Brannily Gowan. May He Forever Rain, he was there. Boots on the

ground live there at the Nova Care Complex checking out practice.

BLG. How are you doing brother? Mike doing well. Glad to be here.

The Eagles have their toughest training camp practice today in terms of being just hot and long.

And it was the first live session that they had, you know, where they actually tackle to the ground.

They only do that really twice in training camp, so this is one of their two days.

We'll be doing that.

So it was a grueling practice.

It's the kind of practice that training camp is made out to be when it's not very fun and you're kind of just going through the worst of it.
