We're going to be doing reality hacks.

And why I'm a big, big lover of reality hacks, okay? It's one of my big philosophies that if you

understand how reality works and you understand the way the world works and all of its devices and

all of it entail and everything that it entails okay you're gonna have an edge

and you're gonna have an advantage in life and you know this is kind of where I

want to talk about different types of reality hacks we're gonna get into a

little bit more of that as far as what, you know, flow states

and different types of things.
