You know how important the subtle body is?

It's not just important for our overall physical, mental, and spiritual health.

It is important for achieving higher states of consciousness, higher states of being.

So one of the things I'm going to try to do tonight is I'm going to try to demystify this just a little bit for everybody.

Because, you know, we have some kind of fusion talk about the subtle body. So I actually,

it's funny enough, I have some, some things we're going to demystify right off the bat.

So we have this right here. Subtile body, energy body, what fuck? Yes, I know. So there's a lot of

different terms and they can get confusing. But one of the things I'm going to tell you is that the subtle body and the energy body are one in the same.

Okay.

So if you hear somebody say subtle body when talking about it, or if you hear somebody say energy body,'s tomato tomato you know um it's it's not very

complicated i know you know in the spiritual community we we we love to have um all of these

complex logistics and uh you know uh real quick i'm going to address with phil said real quick

i i am i'm i'm we'll touch on this at the end of the show.

Because I'm glad you said something about it. But, um, I have my own opinion on it, but, but yeah, we're, we're going to touch on this at the end of the show. But of course, guys, you know, you're going to hear all of these, this different spiritual, I'll call out the vernacular uh when it comes to talking about the subtle body but yes um the the subtle body and the

energy body are one in the same okay just a different word tomato tomato so let's get that one

out of the way the second one we're going to get out of the way is this. So we have differences in

the sublobott versus occult anatomy. So one of the interesting things about the subsubal body is, yes,

it is part of our occult anatomy. Don't get me wrong. But however, when people are referring to occult or metaphysical anatomy,

that usually goes with the divine symbolism that's in our body.
