Now, you two and I have always felt how healing is very important.

It is actually, at least in my opinion, one of the important, most important aspects of our

spiritual evolution.

Because as we heal ourselves and we transmute the traumas throughout our life that we've

experienced, the pain, the sadness, the anger, all of this stuff.

What this does is this opens up, opens us up to the broader spectrum of higher consciousness.

It is almost as if, you know, we remove the weight of that 600 pound backpack that we've been

carrying with us.

To me, it's like a lot of people still kind of want to carry this 600 pound backpack

with them, you know, and it's like to me, and I'm looking at them.

I'm like, dude, yo, life would be real awesome if you just got rid of that heavy backpack.

So let's dive right into it.
