So the one thing I hear from a lot of people, obviously not us here, but still from others who I talk to about this and I bring this up, is they want some kind of evidence for this being the case.

And, you know, we have a lot of great evidence.

I mean, we have the double slit experiment.

We have, you know, we understand in quantum physics that consciousness,

the frequency of consciousness, I'll correct myself,

collapses the waveform into our reality,

but there's one underlying thing that is, at least in my eyes, some very hard evidence,

technically two underlying things, some very hard, hard evidence that our consciousness does

indeed create a reality. It's often overlooked. We hear

it all of the time, especially if you have ever been watching cable TV and you see these pharmaceutical

commercials, right, and effects compared to placebo. Now, for those of you who don't know what the placebo effect is,

there's actually two variants of this. It's almost like we have this polarity aspect to this

effect. So we have the placebo effect, which is actually the positive end of this spectrum.

And in my eyes, at least, it really shows two things, how our consciousness can create a reality

and that we have the ability to heal ourselves if we believe that we can.

And the nocebo effect, which would actually be the opposite end of the spectrum, is we have the

ability to harm ourselves.

Yes, we do.

We have the ability to harm ourselves with our consciousness, our thought processes.
