So guys, I want to talk to you about Taoism and Taoism slash downism. Okay.

One of the reasons why this philosophy and this spirituality is so important to me.

And it is just holds a very special place in my heart is because it's a very pragmatic approach

to human ascension, okay, to higher

consciousness to possibly immortality. There's a couple of things we're going to break down on

that. As you guys saw on the thumbnail, the Karens are escaping the Matrix. That's what I want

all of us to do. I want all of us to

escape this. I want all of us to be on new earth and have a great life. So let's talk about Taoism

for a minute here, guys. Let me pull it up real quick. I actually have been doing a lot of Taoist

practices, spiritual practices, just as Qigong and Tai Chi for many years. I think they

are worth their weight in gold. We'll get into that a little bit at the end. I, um, and I've also

been implementing some of these diamond body, rainbow body practices and the Nidhan into my own

meditations. And I'm going to teach you guys how to do that today too.
