Let me preface this story with this. So I've known Joe for going on five years.

Joe and I met back at the end of 2020. We were doing a job site together and we became friends after that. Now, I've known Joe for a little and then this is the best thing I'm going to say is I know Joe

traveled for work. He went to Chester, Pennsylvania. He was there for a little bit. And when he came back,

I saw a very different Joe sitting in front of my eyes. I did not know what happened to him. I was like,

are you okay, man? Like, what is going on with you? Like, he could barely form sentences,

almost after. Oh, I wouldn't say that. I know, I know. I know. I know. I was a good frame of mind

at that time. I know, I know. I'm just kidding.

But he was definitely shook up from this.

So Joe, let's dive in, man.

Let's talk about how it all began, the beginning of this incident.

How you were traveling out to Chester, PA for work, and something very strange started to unfold.

Well, the whole premise of me going out to Chester was kind of strange to me.

I was embarking to a part of the country I'd never been before, the eastern seaboard. And it was kind of like I was taking a hiatus from the contractor

I normally work with to work with this other company. And they saw me as maybe a controls expert,

not expert, but a controls guy, a guy that was well versed in controls.

And so I was invited to be a part of this little team that was going to go refurbish a power

plant in Chester, Pennsylvania, which is the suburb of Philadelphia.

And it was such a specialized piece of equipment that we were refurbishing it was kind of the brains
