and that really resonated deeply with me.

And I dig.

I dig the radicalization.

I dig the passion of it and the and the

willingness to to understand and go inward man. I think that's that's what we need here. Jen,

why don't you uh hop into your history a little bit with your spiritual training and how it all

that but um so i it doesn't really matter,

but I am biracial. So I do have a Chinese language background as well as a Chinese parent,

obviously. So I was always exposed to Mahayana, Chinese Buddhism, like my whole life, but I grew up

like more Catholic.

And the diaspora my dad is from is really superstitious, like incredibly superstitious.

And they practice what's called Kabatina, which is like a syncretic, Japanese kind of like a little Taoism, a little Islam, a little Buddhism maybe, and in like indigenous beliefs, like all mixed together into like one thing and Sufism as well. So I always grew up around it and I

always knew a lot of people did like magic, sorcery,
