Rachel, I want to kind of start diving in.

What was the first experience you had in Pagosa that started to kind of lead you into thinking

that something was not right here.

There's just absolutely something that's wrong.

And I'm really curious to kind of hear what kind of take that off for you.

Oh, I still got goosebumps. Wow. Just you asking me that question because this is about to get deep,

you guys. So back in 2020, I was going to start a cannabis school. And my investor decided to put that on the back burner and instead move forward

with another investment. And that investment was to start an off-grid community. So together working

with him as the property manager, I found a property. We got it looked at for like wells and other, you know,

structural additions, like talking to the planning department, getting permits, etc.

I was in charge of all of that. While we both agreed to bring a worker down here,

some of you may know him. His name is Jason Ketzner,

aka OG Apocalypse Ball. So if you go look on Facebook, you can actually look up that page

Apocalypse Ball. Remember when all of us anarchists had little balls, you know, and Cap Ball

and so forth.

Well, he was anarcho-apocalypse ball.

And he is, was my best friend.

And he actually lived by Brian Miller, who was the owner of this property in Minnesota.
