I completely agree.

And I think one point that you're hitting home on that I really love and that I actually

is a really big prime philosophy in my life is doing that inner shadow work and healing that

trauma.

That is one of the biggest things that I think a lot of people try to spiritually bypass.

And they, I mean, I can I can't I look at it because you know that's what the psychedelics do is exactly what you're describing they show you that trauma and sometimes when when people open up that closet full of skeletons and they see how many skeletons are in that closet and they're like looking up at the ceiling and there's skeletons everywhere

You know it's um it can be a lot and it can be intimidating and

You know I really commend you on

That being the primary source not just healing your trauma but also healing your body and having yourself able to walk again.

Now, since you have that gift of description, I'm curious myself now or that you've

remembered that aspect of yourself this description, how does one know that they are tapping

into these higher frequencies? What would be like a good way to describe that?

Because I know there's probably a lot of people who do this, just like you do,

but they're unsure of exactly what's going on.
