If you're watching this, it's the afternoon or the evening, but for me it's about 4 o'clock in the morning, which is typically when my day starts.

And I want to talk to you about what you don't know, admitting our ignorance a little bit.

I was looking through some old notes.

These notes that I have here, gosh, I don't know.

These might be 20 years old.

I'm a note taker, and I have these pads all over my house.

They're all, you see, they're all full of words.

I have to go back and read my old handwriting, which is difficult to do.

And it's also difficult to do with these blind eyes as I'm now 52 years old.

And I was reading back through some notes, and I was reading in my Bible this morning.

And I was reading the book of Acts chapter 9 about the conversion of Saul of Tarsus, who became the Apostle Paul.

And I was thinking about blindness, and that makes me think of ignorance. And so I was thinking

about all the things we don't know. So if you'll allow me a little bit for a few minutes this morning, or I should say as you're watching this today, this is pre-recorded, I'm headed out of town. I want to talk about how ignorant we are. Does that appeal to you any at all?

We're pretty dumb.

And that's okay.

That's okay.

I want to give you hope.

Now, let me do this.
