stands up to scrutiny. Yes, John Wayne did actually play Genghis Khan in a movie. Spoiler alert,

it's not very good. Anyways, I've always had a soft spot for science fiction going back to when I

once read that science fiction authors throughout history have predicted technologies or developments

that eventually came into being, like how H.G. Wells predicted the

atomic bomb. This idea made science fiction seem almost like reverse history to me, that it could

be a glimpse into the future. And when it comes to science fiction movies, it's hard to not

talk about 2001 a space odyssey, that groundbreaking, bizarre, confusing, mesmerizing Stanley

Kubrick masterpiece full of monoliths, monkeys, and, yes, little star child fetuses. If you've

seen the movie, you'll know what I'm talking about. Steve just released an episode where he covers
