So they had locked everything down.

So I said, okay.

So I took another job with another company, worked there for a year and got some more experience.

And then I started working.

We got recruited by Terminix, pest control.

And I said, a guy.

But I did it.

It was the best 12 years experience in my life.

Really learned a lot, to be, what not to be leadership wise, and learned that

there are a lot of bad leaders and there are some good leaders, but a lot of bad leaders.

That's not what God called us to.

He never said anywhere, go sit in a pew, sing three songs, take up an offering, sing another

song, listen to preaching, sing another song, go home. It's not what God called us to do. So he never called any of us to a pew. He called us to go. He called us to go into all the world. So to be a servant leader is to be good for people and to push them and to make them realize, you know, it's not to be, you know, you know, you don't scream, you know, abuse, you don't do all that. But it's, it's being a servant leader is to be like

Christ, it be like Christ, you hold people accountable. And right is right, wrong is wrong.

So what's the single most important thing you learned writing beyond Sunday?

One of the things I learned was a lot about Nehemi,

how he left a position of constraints to go back and rebuild the walls of Jerusalem and how they got a gun in one hand and a, you know, in a trial.
