We got a lot to talk about today.

I am Tom Gresham, this is Gun Talk.

And there's been a lot of stuff going on in gun rights over the last couple of weeks.

Cases coming out of the Supreme Court, out of lower courts, cases that were wondering if the Supreme Court is going to take.

We may have some news about that in the next week or so.

We've got bump stocks, we've got pistol braces, we've got the Rahimi case which is not great but not as bad as a lot of people

are saying we're still sorting that out and figured it all out. We'll also today be talking about

some cool AR-15s here's's a question for you. Do you need an SBR, a short barrel rifle? Yeah, you got to pay the tax on it. Yeah, it's an NFA item. Yes, we now have pistol braces back, but is there a role for SBR's out there?
