outside and I just refuse to accept it at this point.

I got the background. You know, the big news yesterday was that the U.S. Supreme Court basically cut the

means off legally of the NCAA.

But for amateur athletes and their ability, you know, which I think six states are going to do on July 1st,

is allow them to use their own likeness and their own brands, so to speak, as opposed to the NCAA,

taking that away from them.

And I think Justice Kavanaugh had a great line that was something essentially that if the NCAA had done this,

or if anybody else tried to do this in any other industry,

it'd be illegal.

But the part that I thought you would enjoy it, I just told Gary to find it, Gary Reed from Justice Gorsuch,

his little clip, which I think will be Adam's tombstone.

Well, explain the case first, Mark, because I'm unfamiliar with it.

So basically, what the NCAA has prohibited student athletes from doing is they prohibited student athletes from getting any kinds of benefits,

so-called benefits, besides something like the scholarship, and that if they got anything related to or in violation of that rule that you could be suspended.

And they basically have enforced that almost to the point where programs,

the football programs, generally football and basketball where people want to
