I've been in office, but not in LA, parts unknown, I don't know where we are.

We just landed and I ran into the FBO because I wanted to talk to you.

Yeah, well what's going on in your world and in the world?

Well, what's going on in the world? Did you see, one that it is legal because it came out of a legal case.

Do you see where Gavin Newsom cannot use is the Democrat Party as his affiliation on the recall ballot?

No, you see this? No, I didn't see that. Why is that?

I judge apparently ruled that he blew the deadline and the sector of state, I believe,

or the registrar who he appointed, I forget her name recently appointed, ruled, kind of went at him and said, no, you blew it.

And this is the late breaking news that he's not going to have the Democratic Party next to his name on the ballot.

Will he have anything next to his name? Can you?

I've got to see. I think so. I think it is too late to declare.

But the interesting thing is I don't see how he loses because there really is, I don't sense unless you see it or sense it differently.

I don't sense it in the next two months. Any of the people who are running are going to give him a run for his money,

even though it's a two-step process where you vote first, whether to recall him and then if you're at that point then you vote for somebody else.

I just don't have the same feeling that we had when it was Gray Davis and Schwarzenegger.

Well, if you think about Gray Davis and Schwarzenegger, Gray Davis looked like a public servant.

He was as nondescript and as sort of meek and mild as a personality could be in public office.

And then there was Arnold Schwarzenegger, the biggest star of the time.
