0:55.1	We had another one of these days, but I would say this one's even more overloaded.
0:59.4	We'll start with this Caspi, if you've been living under a rock, you've probably missed it, but
1:06.0	the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the 4-3 decision written by Justin David Wecht, not only reversed his
1:16.0	conviction, but borrowed the prosecution from trying to begin and he was immediately released.
1:20.9	The legal basis for that was that in 2004-05, the previous DA, I generally
1:28.6	by the name of Bruce Kaster and the DA in Philly or in Pennsylvania. I think it was a different
1:36.6	county. It wasn't Philadelphia. And assured the lawyers for Mr. Caspi that he was not going to be
1:45.4	prosecuted. He could rely on that. And that basically took away his fifth amendment privilege.
1:51.4	They wanted him if he was being sued or potentially being sued and to testify against Andrea.
1:57.4	A constant order to testify in her case. With that statement by the DA,
2:04.4	somebody made the decision to have him testify. He did testify fast forward to a couple of years
2:11.4	ago, a federal judge unsealed that deposition to the new DA or the DA who ran on the plank of
2:20.2	suing or bringing charges against Caspi. Didn't bring charges two trials later. He was convicted.
2:27.5	And now it's got up to the court of appeal then up to the Supreme Court, Supreme Court, 4-3 said,
