0:30.0	Now, we try not to talk a huge amount about Twitter on this podcast
0:35.0	because it's quite frankly not super relevant to very many court cases.
0:40.0	But Matt Taiybe, along with a number of other journalists,
0:44.0	has been releasing information that Elon Musk has apparently supplied him

0:50.0	And he released a big document dump about FBI interaction with Twitter.
0:56.0	And I have gotten a bunch of questions saying, does that violate the first amendment?
1:01.0	So let's dive into that today. We're also going to dive into a second circuit case
1:06.0	involving trans athletes in Connecticut.
1:10.0	Sarah's going to ask me a few questions about Brett Kavanaugh's party attending habits.
