Now, George, this weekend is international break which affects our top tier, the championship,

but still some games in League 1. not too many, a reduced slate,

and still some being cancelled, Pompey South End being lost to the international call-ups yesterday,

but we've got plenty more in League two, and so we are still going to put forward a couple

of selections, a nap, a next best selection,

a bonus selection as normal.

And to fill a bit of void where the championship is off, Andy Watson tweeted us.

This was a timely question from Andy on Twitter.

He said, I'd love to know what George and Ali think on when is a good time to attack the long-term betting markets again, perhaps using performance data as a guide for value, or even where data is misleading the markets.

George, it's something we've been told before by people much more shrewd than us than...

Speak for yourself.

It's better to wait a few weeks, probably, to see what you're working with,

rather than diving in preseason, although mostly we can't really resist that to some extent.

What about what Andy said?

I'd say we're getting there.

I'd say we're probably now at the start of the sweet spot.

A couple of factors to remember, I guess, is that squads were only kind of finalised two days ago.
