Yeah, I'm okay on a self, uh, this self, uh, prescribed caffeine break. So it's mint teas on the way, which is annoying because when you go to a cafe and you pay like two quid for

a coffee or two quid 50 for a coffee, you kind of get it. Whereas paying two quid fifty for a cup of mint tea is really quite annoying because all it is is just water and mint

I mean it begs the question what's actually in there just just just hot water and mint right

is literally just hot water and mint and it costs 250 but it's actually quite apt because

tonight we're going to be hanging out with mr mint oh on sky so very minty week for tonight we're going to be hanging out with Mr. Minto on Sky.

So a very minty week for me.

That's interesting.

I suppose at the very least, we've discussed before how in the morning one of my great

early battles is with hydration.

And I suppose at the very least, compared to coffee,

you're starting to hydrate with a mint tea. I can imagine that's got some quite good hydration quality.

So I'm expecting. Yeah, and I thought so. But then interestingly, I was in Bristol on Thursday,

and I asked the Starbucks staff if they saw mint tea. And they had to have like a mother's meeting

to discuss whether or not they actually had it.

Someone dug out like a tea bag from somewhere.
