that. I'm going to stand up. So I'm never going to yell down in front. That being said, don't tell me what I have to do until the first basket is set. If I got a long ass day, and I want to relax and get into the game, and I want to sit down for the first 10 minutes of the first quarter. I'm going to do it. The stand that I'm seeing grandmother stand up this time. Yeah, stop. Stop with the force bits. It's like when Penn State just a white out and everybody goes, God, I think he's stupid. I've added with the force to be fair. The white outs way cooler than like just standing until they make a shot. Also, yes. But I don't like I don't like like unified force.

You still haven't squatted stupid. You all they looked stupid last night. Specifically, because I might have I think it was the longest the nuggets got into all game when I'm scoring their first basket. It was like two and a half minutes and they all look like idiots.

They just look like morons. You're a complete moron if you do that. When you're when you have an offense like that, you can run a promotion. Like they're a gimmick like that. And it's yeah, it's actually okay. Because you just like make shots in the first five seconds in every single game. I had the year, but yeah. No, no, I understand why I appreciate that. And apparently now I know you don't like Penn State Whiteouts either. The which I don't care who cares. The the point you were making about the blazers just to like just because like I was kind of I'm sure other people were kind of less than like I mean like I mean it's like the blazers

and the warriors is that really the same thing. But you're your point that you could be right about. And we just don't know the answer. We're starting to figure it out. But I don't think we know the answer is like I think the question you're basically saying is what if Denver is just really way better than the Lakers. Look, what if they're actually just way better. And we're starting to gain some evidence that that's the case. It's so like if you I want you to say you there's a case for both sides here. And so like I don't have a bet on the game right now. And maybe it's like, oh, you ranted about

everything. And then you like not even been betting the game out of the under last night. That was pretty good. The I don't I don't really like the total. I think the Lakers shoot Lakers should be favorite by a lot. I expect them to play well. It's almost more I expect Denver to not play as well in this situation because they've done that already. And yeah, I think that's okay to think that the case for the Lakers is like kind of everything we were already talking about two O teams down two O teams at home tend to play really well. The nuggets haven't really been a great road team all year. They were under 500 on the road.

And for a one seed. That's actually pretty rare. Usually one seeds are pretty good road teams Denver wasn't. And okay. So you could see the Lakers like when in my margin. I think that makes a lot of sense. Market reflects that the case for Denver. It's like you went on about the oxygen last segment. It is just like it's worth noting that you have Lebron. His current age and condition. And by condition I mean he is planar fasciitis and he twisted his ankle last night. And you have Davis.

Who like looks exhausted by the ends of both of these games. Yeah, both these guys they play 40 plus minutes. And you're turning around again. We've been every other day. You're turning around again and playing again. Like that's not great for the Lakers to for those two guys. Now maybe the role players are so good. It doesn't matter. The Lakers play more players than Denver does. But Denver's players are definitely more in the prime of their careers than the Lakers players are their best players. And so it's just the case for Denver is kind of like. Man like what if what if Lebron

is kind of toast. And I don't mean toast like his career. I just mean like he's definitely like a bad version of himself right now. And it's not like it's a kind of not arguable. And Davis kind of has these games now. Like what if this is just kind of how it how it ends. Because they just kind of fall apart physically a little bit. Which is kind of how we thought the Lakers season was always going to end. They were in a fall apart physically. We just kind of thought it was going to be Davis instead. What if Lebron just kind of fall on the part. And like if that's the case then like the nuggets can win the series easily. So I think your case is just like the

case for Denver is that the dynamics of how these first two games have played out super up tempo. Ton of minutes. Like maybe you just already wore Lebron and Davis out. And you can just end this. And your case for the Lakers is that it's going to proceed like a typical series. And just to add to that. So first of all, I totally get because I'm with you on overall the trend theory that too many people go like to try to like debunk them. And I think there is truth there. And the people who say that. My problem is the people who say mother people who so it's

it's flipped now. People who bet in general like like using you still well used to like using trends to make bets and still kind of do. And then content creators. I think tried to figure out that like. Okay. Well, if I just make a broad sweeping claim that trends always suck. Then I look really smart. And it's like, and I can look really smart without even having to win anything. I just have to crap on what someone else does. Instead of saying.

Things like something that I think is smart. And like I'll go to war against some trends on this show even. So I'm not trying to be like that all like I'm back to all trends are good or something. But like we can be case by case here. And like that there are some things that aren't really arguable that happen that happen in NBA playoff series that happen in NFL playoff games that happen in the Stanley Cup playoffs that happen in baseball regular seasons. Like there are some things that just kind of happen.

And they happen a lot. And they happen a lot for like up really recognizable reason to like there. It's not a mystery. It's not like a team is undefeated on Tuesdays. And it's like, oh, well, that must be a thing undefeated on Tuesdays. Like, like, there's a difference. And now I feel like I agree. Like especially like content creator people. They just like they don't even understand like it's like well, who cares if there's a difference. Like I'm going to make my hey being like trends are bad. Don't follow them and be like, I don't want to take advice from people that are that broad and sweeping with those kind of statements. Like yeah, there are some

really stupid trends out there. There's some stuff that like you probably shouldn't bet off of you can do it if you want to, which is probably not really good. And then there's some stuff where it's like, yeah, you kind of got to know about this.

Because otherwise you're going to show up to this market. If you didn't know that if you didn't know the two O teams were actually not that everyone says they're good. They're actually awesome. Like all the time. Right. If you didn't know that you'd show up to this market and jam Denver. And like, you're the smart one for that.

No, no, you're like try to know as much as you can about why the market is the way it is.

So I'm with you on all of that. But this is why I'm just going to pull myself back from the moment and that trend and make my case here. And I'm being as transparent as possible.

I think I could talk myself into Denver at plus 185 on the money line, come tip tomorrow.
