A thousand months wrong. Sorry, but I thought I'm gonna pick on you.

More than a thousand months. This is a very important distinction in the Quran and I want to

talk about insha'Allah to Allah for a moment. That the Quran does not say, Laylatul Padri,

Qa'alfi shabar. Laylatul Padri is like one thousand months. Rather, it says,

Khairun min al-Fishahal. It is better than one thousand months and there is something profound

about that even if it's self that I want to talk about midnight time. When we look at the

Prophet ﷺ and his relationship with Allah and our blessing and good fortune of being

from the Ummah of Rasulullah ﷺ, there are two things that Rasulullah ﷺ always does on our

behalf. He always advocates for Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to lesson our burden and he always

advocates for Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to increase our blessing. This is our Messenger ﷺ.

While he was alive in this world, he constantly petitions his Lord to make things easier for the Ummah

yet more rewardable and on the day of judgment, Rasulullah ﷺ will be walking next to the

members of his Ummah, looking at their Mawazin, looking at their scales, petitioning on their

behalf, wa l-assofah yawtli karabbukha, fatarullah. And Allah will keep on giving you O Muhammad ﷺ

until you are pleased. Every nabi, every Prophet has an accepted du'ah. Rasulullah ﷺ said,

I have left mine until the day of judgment. When he would fall in sujood, when he would fall

in prostration and advocate for us. And when the Prophet ﷺ went on the journey of Al-Isra

when Miraj, and we know the conversation that took place between him and Musa Ali ﷺ,

when Musa Ali ﷺ told the Prophet ﷺ, go back and ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala for less,

for taqfif, for less. Let me ask you a question and this is very serious to this think about,
