Ding! Don't know why, but it does. Welcome to all of our churches and network churches.

Uh, how many of you, if you want to cheer your believing God that this year will be better than last year?

All of our campuses, how many of you are believing for something better?

We are in a series called Better and we're looking at different verses that have the word better in it.

We're memorizing those verses so we won't just hear them, but we'll know them.

I do want to tell you as we start this week's message that I honestly believe that for many of you, this message has the potential to impact your life as much as anything that we do all year long.

And I want to say it again because I really, I'm hoping that your hearts will be open to what God may want to say to you.

That is, that this message, if you're open to the Spirit of God, it has the potential to transform your life as much as any message that we do this year.

At the same time, I just want to warn you, it'll also be really easy for you to shake this one off.

If you're, oh yeah, okay, you ask good, need to make some changes and then you go on with your life and nothing happens.

Don't let that be the case.

If God wants to say something, show you something, change you in some way.

I really want you to be sensitive to what God might want to do and I have some very high expectations that he's going to do a lot because here's the deal.

We're going to look at a lesson today that I promise you, you will learn.
