With a woman to look at culture from a Christian worldview, I'm John Stone Street with a point.

Apparently, some in Canada would like to see the classic 1976 sci-fi thriller Logan's

run, which portrays a perfect world in which no one loses past 30, become reality.

According to a recent study, a morbid majority of Canadians consider their euthanasia

program to be moral, around half wish to extend it to those with mental illness, disability,

or inadequate healthcare.

What's perhaps most frightening of all is these numbers increased dramatically for younger

Canadians.

About 40% of 18-34 adults think medical aid in dying should be available for the homeless

and the poor.

These horrifying numbers suggest that an increasing number of the rising generation think that those

who fell to achieve a certain lifestyle would be better off dead.

It's the same argument that's been used to justify abortion.

What the final solution for abuse or poverty or illness is to liquidate the sufferers rather

than alleviate the suffering.

That's what a culture of death does to corrupt our compassion and our thinking.
