And coming up on the show today, Dan,

we've got a discussion about secrecy in religious organizations

and specifically a new LDS rule for its local leaders it's new. They just wanted to make sure everybody

remembered that this was the rule and it's getting a little bit of press at the

moment. So yeah we're gonna be talking about that, but in the meantime, Dan, you have some other stuff to get through.

It's true. Like this story, Dan, that caught my eye because I'm a big fan of Nigerian music.

Oh, who isn't?

And so, uh, this Nigerian singer, um, I know nothing about Nigerian music.

It might be really good.

I don't know.

I don't think this is good music though because it's specifically

sort of religious type music that got the singer in some hot water

with the local authorities, you know, when you live in an area with Sharia law and, you know,

Sharia courts, you better avoid things that might get you accused of blasphemy in your music.

Well, a young man by the name of Yajaya Sharif Aminu, he's 22 years old, has been found guilty of committing blasphemy for a song he circulated earlier this year.

Apparently it's it's blasphemous against the prophet Mohammed
