What's up, guys, this is Jacques, welcome back to one popular. I have one of my friends, one of my new friends

slash listeners on today's episode, and we went through some of the latest scandalous celebrities

and we played a little game of to cancel or not to cancel. She's American and she's like way more

PC than me. So we had pretty different opinions on everyone, which I think made it good. You know,

we like disagreed a bit and clashed a little bit in a very, uh, fun, good-natured way, no drama,

which is how I think it should be. So that was, that's a good one. And we didn't just go

through like racist tweets and stuff like that. We actually did like Erica Jane, you know,

with her whole scandal, Dr. Phil, Sharon Osborne. We talked about the Teen Vogue editor. I'm sure you've heard about that story. So it's a good one. Before we get to that, let's talk about

the Real Housewives of New York because they just dropped the new season trailer. I'm sure that

most of you would probably agree

that New York was the best housewife show up until like Bethany and Tinsley left last season,

then it took a real nose dive. If anyone needs to go from that show, it's Sonia. I mean,

how many more years can we watch the same drunken wannabe Lucille Ball antics? I cannot deal with

it anymore. I've been over it for about

four years and somehow she keeps getting asked back every year. She was also exposed for faking

storylines, by the way. I think Heather Thompson spilled that tea on her podcast. So I'm so fucking over,

Sonia. But the rest of them I like, I was really glad to see Derinda get the boot because she's

the devil. Uh, anyway, look, thereinda get the boot because she's the devil.

Anyway, look, there's five full-time housewives this season. We've got Ramona, Leah, Sonia, Luanne, and the new girl, Ebony Williams.

It's a smaller cast, but apparently that had a lot to do with COVID restrictions because I think it's like the more people they have in a room, the more difficult it can be to like get around certain things. So they definitely kept the cast lean this year.

Hola Heather Thompson is back as a friend of the show. I know some people were hoping for her to be

full time, but doesn't look like it. And we have another new girl as a friend called Beauchin Shaw. She is black, so is
