very specific reference to perhaps someone's life ending so that's a very upbeat.

Yeah you know and the non complicated question to ask of the beginning.

He actually held on until Monday and it was

his wife was so surprised and we were all so surprised but he was at their house and he was in a bed in their living room in front of their

fireplace and you know it was cold and yucky here and but his wife is really wonderful and all the dementia all the people with

dementia that I work with up here in the Hudson Valley all live with family

members and so it's really different than when I worked in the city

and everybody was on their own and had 24-7 care with a rotating cast of caregivers.
