Teddy how you doing?

Good Ken, how are you feeling after you did your half marathon?

You won, you put another another notch on the belt you won a half

marathon I understand in Florida over the weekend I'm gonna assume that you use that as sort of a training tool or device

for the Tokyo Marathon. Would I be correct in assuming that? on wasn't my fastest time but as you just pointed out it was in the middle of a huge

training block for Tokyo so I was I mean I went out there and emptied the tank I ran

as absolutely hard as I could I ran like 11158 or 59 just under 112 my best time was 110 30-ish so I was not not

far off my best time but coming off of huge training mileage I was super happy and it's also very difficult and I don't

mean this is not arrogant at all it's just very difficult when you're way out ahead by yourself to push yourself to such an

uncomfortable level to get a personal best I won by 15 minutes so it's very unless

someone's pressing you the whole time just like a fighter sometimes when they are in a when they're overmatch they don't look as good as they do when they're in tough and they got to dig deep it gives them an opportunity to show all their skills.

So it's like that.

But I do want to say that, as far as I'm concerned,

a win for me is a win for all of us, not just us at the fight,

but all of our fans.

I think that at least I tell myself this when I'm doing this stuff is that I represent more than just myself, my kids, my family, my team here at the fight and the fans. I love it. I just, I don't have to tell you Teddy but sometimes you realize when you're

doing this stuff it's bigger than you whether it's true or not that's the story I tell

myself and that's the kind of the standard that I try to live up to is that

I'm representing more than just me. Well that's when you get a higher standard because
