This is the third time I've tried to redo this podcast you guys and I will upload it redone I promise you

I just redid it before this and then I realized that

stupid garage band that has a default of putting an echo on your voice was on so I did like 30 minutes of talking and I was echoing and I'm not

going to inflict that on you although I sounded very full and lovely. Welcome, welcome to

my world you guys. It has been one of those weeks. I am re-uploading the original

podcast that I have, podcast number 12 because I was so tired last night when I recorded it.

And yes, there is a guy just trimming bushes outside.

I'm just going with it because there's nothing I could do at this point.

I have to replace the other podcast because I was so tired and I was doing a lot of negative self-talk and I accidentally

insulted somebody who asked a question which it wasn't even about the

person who asked the question it was I thought my answer was bad because I was

being negative because when

I get tired I get very negative and the good thing is that I realize this now and I realize

that hey when you're tired you're going to get into a kind of a depressive thing and you're going to

think everything's bad and you just need to go to sleep. Well I didn't go to sleep I felt

obligated to do the podcast and now you know you know what I'm doing guys?

I'm going to absolve myself of having you the

podcast on a schedule I mean it'll be sometime midweek I will upload one but if it's a

question of I literally can't keep my eyes open and I need to talk I'm just going to wait until the next day like I'm
