Boom, so coming home a little late tonight and sitting down to a wonderful meal prepared by the one and only,

So it's nice, light, got some good proteins in there.

And you know, I've had quite a journey when it comes to

food for me you know last year I went a hundred percent plant-based I went and did an

endurance race iron man so I really got in touch with my food.

And what I've managed to do is really go sugar-free,

gluten-free.

And for the past year or two now,

I've been alcohol-free. And it's just been a great way to kind of

clean up my life and clean up my eating habits and I really encourage you to find

something to clean up in your diet and I don't know what it is or what it might be for you it might be

sugar or gluten or meat maybe you want to go plant-based for a while I did it for a

year and it was amazing and now I do have animal proteins from from time time, but I didn't go back in fully.

But there's always something that you can maybe look to cut out.

And again, I always think that kind of sugar and gluten are great things to play with.
