Grib's rookie mini camp in the rearview mirror already and the guys are out of the

building for about five or six days to get their final things together and

make all your final arrangements because basically once you come

here starting next week for phase three of O TAs, you're basically here until about three weeks

before training camp starts.

Yeah, I know it's interesting because I think the big difference with the rookie mini camp

this year compared to the last ones is just the lack of hype, the lack of buzz.

I mean this is what happens when you've got your quarterback situation settled and when you don't

pick until the second round.

So Grady Williams was essentially treated like a first round pick because he was the first pick,

but he's still a second round pick.

So it was interesting to see these guys get mixed in I

think I agree with a lot of people that the guys who stood out were the guys that

are already on your team I mean there's a clear divide I think between

players you draft and try out players you bring in.

And I was delighted to know that I maybe know football a little bit when I see a guy

like Javante Dean make a couple plays at Evericky minicamp and then you get signed a couple days later.

So it shows if you make plays you can get an opportunity here.
