First of all, I want to thank all of you

that have recently become patrons of this show via Patreon. I'm realizing

that just talking about it more and telling you why has caused a ton more people to decide to become patrons. So maybe I'll just get real

frank. In 2020 because of the pandemic this show lost 50% of its ad revenue. That's

not unusual. It was a tough time for

podcasting and why does that matter? Well that revenue pays for

Sierra's work on the show. It pays me to have this as a job.

And when we lost half of our revenue,

what that did was put the show in the red.

So what you have all done by becoming patrons is made it possible for us to continue to do this show.
