Brian Cashman met the media today, and he did everything that I knew he would when talking about this offseason, especially when it came to this idea and this narrative, which I've been pushing, that the Yankees are running it back.

Not only that, but they are content with a team that was fifth best last year.

They were the fifth best team in baseball.

Not the first, not even the second.

Fifth best.

They finished in fifth overall.

And they're content with that.

But Brian Cashman explained why they're better than that

and why he thinks running it back is a good thing.

Or, hey, first thing, which means a second thing, both things require me spending money. My wife is a thing bad. She's out to see. She's completely lost. And this is part of it because I was told, hey, the money we're spending on the cat.
