And so I wanted to, because, you know, Craig Breslow has been on last couple weeks talking about

deadline coming up and talking about the need to improve the team.

So when you say, you know, you feel good about this team, you don't mean

you feel, you don't mean you're, you don't need to do anything or you're looking at opportunities

to do things, I'm assuming. Oh, yeah. No, well, well, first of all, we've been really disappointed

in our performance this year. I mean, let's just be straight about that.
