Um, do you ever go on like a really, really radical roller coaster with lots of loops

and no seatbelt?

So it's like one of those things where you want to die or vomit the whole time, but then

you get off and you're like, I want to do that again.

Riggs, most of that, yes I agree with.

There's a bit of it.

I don't know if I worked part.

Today's podcast is great.

A lot of things that we put together that I just don't think you're going to hear any

place else and then a solution.

And in fact, it is the only solution that I can guarantee will work.
