What would you say?

Someone would say it was a bit of a downer.

However, I think, you know, we talk about this sort of later

in the podcast that, you know, there's certain days where

really important things happen. You need to know there's a sense of urgency to make sure you get this information.

And the certain days we get to screw off. Today was not one of those days.

Tomorrow's screw off. But, yeah. Today, you know, I want to ask you,

when you first walked in, I said,

do I've never seen a news day with so many stories

that tell you exactly what's coming.

That's terrifying. I mean, you've been doing this for a very long time.

Right. And did I overstate that to you?

I mean, I think, no, I think it's the construction of it, right?

Right. You know, it's all these things that kind of fit together

and paint a picture that, you know, it's definitely scary,

but also something you should be prepared for.

You have to be prepared for it. Because if you're prepared for it, then you don't have to worry about it.

You can just go on. You know, I described today's podcast as

our daily podcast will look at an ailment. You know, you come into the doctor

and you're like, oh, my foot hurts. And so we'll do X-rays

and then we'll talk about that. And then you come in and you're like,
