A rant on the filibuster that, quite honestly, I have to thank the United States government for the FCC.

I've never said that in 49 years of broadcast.

I've never been grateful for the FCC.

But I think my mother and my family are probably grateful for it today because it stopped me from saying the words that I really felt when I told you the history of the filibuster.
