In this column, Preston claims that the star quarterback's off-field habits specifically

alluding to him playing video games late at night and falling asleep in team meetings

is rubbing the team the wrong way.

But he also accuses the Ravens of accommodating the 28-year-old's behavior, including holding

practices later in the afternoon,

opposed to the morning, which most teams do.
