Like, if it's the weekend and I've made breakfast, for some reason, that gets eaten pretty quickly. But especially if it's hot. Yeah. Like eggs cool down quickly and all that kind of thing. So I do tend to shovel those down. I've slowed down only because I'm getting older and you have more indigestion issues.

That's one lesson. That's one thing, man. But honestly, eat slow. My daughter eats extremely slowly. So after 14 years, I think

I've just learned to deal with it. But in no way, is she going to out eat anyone in any capacity.
