This was a text from my friend Ben who said,

I've always been fascinated with your business, Kevin. Tell me the truth. Is today better

because they lost 31 nothing rather than if they lost 17 to 10.

Yeah, probably is.

For this business, when there's a lot of emotion and anger,

it's probably better than if it'd been just a middling sort of benign loss.

But yesterday was anything but that. It was, for my money, it was the worst loss of the year, and there are several to choose from. But that was the worst of the season because of the

opponent that they were facing, an opponent that literally was impotent offensively coming in.
