| 1:06.8 | Now, they have about 200,000 people in Huntington Beach, and the response from most of the city council, the mayor, was, no, we like our community the way it is, and we think we should decide how to build and where to build and how much to build. |
| 1:22.2 | So we've now had an ongoing battle between the two and the state is saying, well, there will be repercussions. There will be fines and fees and withholding funding and blah, blah. |
