How did you not walk away absolutely enthused with basically every aspect of what you saw from both of the teams?

I know.

It's preseason.

I get it.

All right.

First of all, from the Jets perspective, right?

Now, if you recall, well, for a moment, Jets and Giants, then Jets, then Giants.

I've been saying for a while that I'm bullish on both of these teams coming into the year.

Different reasons, different degrees of bullishness, nothing wacky, no divisional champions,

nothing.

I'm not even talking about Walcords Nest.

Maybe the Jets, maybe.

Here we go.

Unkillable. You know, maybe the Jets side, the easier schedule, maybe they get a wild car, whatever. But I just think both teams are playing a little bit past October in terms of meaningful stuff. I've said that all summer, all right? And what I saw, at least over the weekend, kind of reinforces that a little bit more without going nuts because it is preseason.

You know, it's as benign as it gets

in terms of play scheme or whatever.

So there's a lot of reasons not to get too nuts about it.

But from a Jets perspective, number one,

how nice is it to have a coach with a backbone?

Huh?

How nice is it to have somebody who's actually in charge?
