We will talk some baseball, a little bit of baseball here today. What I want to start with, though, is the

continuing reaction to a couple of the free agent signings, most notably Paul George and

Boogie Cousins and, of course, LeBron James, and then the whale that's out there in Kauai Leonard.

There's a report that the Spurs, the Spurs want Kyle Kuzma, they want Brandon Ingram,

they want Josh Hart, and they want the right to swap a couple of first-round picks.

And John Ramos asked me before the show, he's like, what's a swap?

It's a great question.

If you remember the Nets Celtics trade and that the Celtics didn't have, they traded for three first round picks, but they also traded for the right to swap picks. The reason for that is by rule in the NBA, you can't trade first round picks in back-to-back years. But what you can do is you can trade the right to

swap. In other words, it's like when you go to school and there's a kid that always has a

better lunch than you, right? His mom packs Oreos and your mom did like Fig Newton's. And you're

like, man, just once I want Oreos. Well, what if, just what if in this imaginary scenario,

whenever you wanted, you could take his Oreos

...
