But over the weekend, the commissioner of the National Football League Roger Good godell basically basically said my bad we were wrong

now look you and i could admit to mistakes major and minor and we can admit to mistakes

and we can admit two mistakes.

But when you're a man in your 50s who is worth, I don't know, over a hundred million dollars, you're making 40 million a year, you're worth over a hundred million dollars,

you're running the most successful sport in the country,

maybe the world, and seemingly you don't have to either, I guess, make a statement,

or even say you're wrong to offer up that you were wrong on something that you took a hard and fast stance with,

I think it's a pretty big breakthrough moment.

Actually, I think it's a seminal moment.

Because even though this is, in truth, a major societal issue, right?
