Good morning, Mike and David. Yeah, it's like the roller coaster continues, right? It's kind of the

way it's been for the last month and a half or so.

I look back and I think sometimes, I don't say this too often, but sometimes off days come at a bad time.

I think this one came at a bad time.

We could have used to keep playing, comes

around a role after winning the series against Milwaukee, going out west, sweeping Anaheim,

you know, and getting big hits, and, you know, and then all of a sudden you get an off day

going into San Fran. And, yeah, then kind of lost the mojo a little bit going in offensively, you know.

And then it happens, but, you know, bad timing, as you said, because Milwaukee lost twice.

I think this is the first time that you end a series and you look at the starting pitching being more bad than good, Ron.

It's been so consistent, especially since July 1st and this first time the Cubs have been

swept.

And on successive nights, Matthew Boyd, and then Colin Ray, and then to a lesser degree, maybe

Shoda, they weren't good enough.

And I don't know if that's just because the Giants were hot or this is just a bad

spin through the rotation.

How did you see it?

I thought, David, Ray got hit around a little bit.

Nothing outrageous, but, you know, everything they hit found a hole.

I thought Matthew actually pitched fine.
